General Unrestricted Bequest:
I give (amount or% of estate/trust/bequest) to,(name of Moravian Church/Agency), a (state abbreviation) nonprofit located in (city/state), or its successor thereto, for any reason or purpose whatsoever, as determined by the board of trustees of,(name of Moravian Church/Agency).
Endowment Bequest:
I give (amount or% of estate/trust/bequest) to Moravian Ministries Foundation in America, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation with principal offices in Winston-Salem, NC, or its successor thereto, said funds shall be entered on the foundation's books and records as a separate endowed fund known as The (name of) Fund. The endowment will hereby be administered under the terms of the applicable fund/trust agreement.
Restricted/Specific Bequest:
I give (amount or% of estate/trust/bequest) to (name of Moravian Church/Agency), a (state abbreviation) nonprofit located in (city/state), or its successor thereto, for the purpose of
